Description
The walls, gates, sluices, and bridge at Lock 90 on the Grand Union Canal in Hanwell date from 1855 and are well preserved. The structure features the typical treatment and fittings of that period, with some original elements remaining. The bridge, constructed of early 19th century brown brick and now painted white, has a segmental arch and parapet walls. The entire structure remains in unaltered condition.
