Description
Ealing Town Hall, built in 1888 by C. Jones, is designed in a neo-Gothic style. The building is asymmetrical and faced in ragstone, topped with a slate roof. It is generally two storeys high, featuring a three-storey gabled entrance and a three-storey hipped centre bay. An off-centre tower with lancet windows is set back and ends in a spirelet. In 1930, a heavy octagonal towered entrance was added to the right. Both sections of the building include impressive stairhalls with contemporary decoration.
