Description

46 South End is a 17th-century building that has been altered and stands two storeys tall. It features a jettied front and a 19th-century shop front on the ground floor. Above the shop front, there is vertical studding with curved braces. The first floor has a central four-light 19th-century window, along with a similar two-light window on the south return wall. The gable above displays an exposed tie-beam, collar, and studding, with 19th-century bargeboards. The building is topped with a slate roof and has a Sun Assurance fire mark on the collar.
