Description

Flint Cottage, dated 1796, is a two-storey building located on Addington Village Road. The front elevation features a later brick design and includes six casement windows. There is an off-centre door with a porch. The construction combines red brick and flint, with brick dressings and quoins. The building has three stacks on the rear roof and a rear outshot made of brick and flint. The roof is covered with modern tiles. Flint Cottage may have originally been three separate cottages, which have since been combined into one.
