Description

Holne Chase is a house dating to circa 1914, designed by architect Ernest Newton. It is two storeys and has attics. The ground floor is brick, while the first floor is tile-hung. The roof is tiled, with two dormers and a projecting roughcast gable situated off-centre. The building has an irregular arrangement of windows; there are four casement windows in total, with some being mullioned and transomed. A hipped weather porch is located on the right side of the building. Holne Chase forms part of a group with Copley Dene and Parkmore.
