Description

No. 4 Manor Way is an early 19th-century building, originally the Bailiff’s cottage on the Kelsey Estate. It is a small, square building rendered in stucco. The two storeys are arranged with two windows to the front. A wide eaves cornice runs around the building and it is roofed with pantiles, featuring a central chimney stack. The windows are casements, each composed of three separate pointed lights. A pointed doorway is situated within a small porch. Photographs of the building are held in the NMR archive.
