Nos 96 and 98, Sudbury Court Road are an 18th-century building of colour-washed brick with an old tile roof. The building is two storeys high and features two sashes. The ground floor displays cambered relieving arches, and retains original glazing bars. The building includes six-panel doors with relieving arches above.
