Description
The Green Man Public House, at No. 109 High Street, is a public house of 1906, designed by Harrison and Ward. It has a symmetrical facade of red brick with stone dressings, and includes an archway giving access to a yard, above which is an oriel window. The building is three storeys high and three bays wide. The ground floor features wide, flat stuccoed arches. The first floor windows have arched heads. Two shaped Dutch gables are present, though they have been altered. The building is listed for its group value.
