Description
Number 152 (Rose Cottage) and Number 154 are possibly 16th or 17th century houses located on the north-west side of North Cray Road. They are two storeys high, timber-framed, and mostly covered in weatherboarding, with a tiled roof. Number 152 features a gable end facing north and has three sash windows with intact glazing bars. Its doorway is framed by a moulded architrave, topped by a window shaped like a concave diamond. Number 154 is smaller, with a single casement window on each storey and a simple doorway. A third house that was part of the terrace to the north was destroyed during the Second World War.
