  1. Circa 1750. Rendered with first floor platband, moulded brick cornice, parapet with low central pediment. Three storeys, 5 windows, sashes with glazing bars, the central 3 under the pediment are set slightly forward. Pedimented Doric doorcase, 6 panel door with raised and fielded panels, intersecting fanlight. Roof not visible behind parapet.
