Description
This is a late 18th and early 19th century building, comprising three storeys and originally four windows with a carriage entrance. The exterior is stuccoed, topped with a slate roof featuring plain, overhanging eaves. The windows are double-hung sash windows with glazing bars. The building is included on the heritage list for its group value.
