Description

30 Wood Street is an early 19th-century building that stands three storeys tall and is finished in stucco. It features four windows and has a slate roof with plain overhanging eaves. The windows are double hung sashes with glazing bars. To the left of a narrow central door, there is a carriage door with a segmental arch.
