Description

The Chase is an early 18th-century house that has undergone alterations to its facade, likely in the early 19th century. The building is constructed of brick with a rendered front and features a slate roof. It stands two storeys high and has seven windows arranged in a 2.5 pattern, with the left-hand section set forward. The front of the house includes slight pilasters, a cornice, and a parapet, along with architraves framing the sash windows. The central door has eight raised and fielded panels, a fanlight above, and a Doric architrave with a vestiged hood.
