Description
Woodlands is a late 18th-century building located on Rainham Road North in Becontree Heath. It stands three storeys tall and is constructed of stock brick, featuring five sash windows with plain reveals. The ground floor has round-headed sash windows set in recesses. The central doorway is adorned with a six-panel door, pilasters, and side strips, topped with a modern ornamental headed radiating fanlight. The building has a capped parapet and a hipped slate roof. There are one-storey side wings with ramped-up parapets, each containing a round-headed sash window. The left-hand side wing has an altered window and has been extended.
