Description
There are 13 stone bollards on the pavement curb surrounding St John's Smith Square Concert Hall, dating from around 1726 to 1728. These bollards were part of Sir James Smith's original design for the square. Made from Portland stone, they are octagonal and tapered, serving to define the pavement around Archer's church.
