Description

No. 38 King Street is a terrace house built or significantly rebuilt between 1773 and 1774. It is constructed of stock brick and has a concealed roof. The building stands four storeys tall and is three windows wide. The ground floor features a mid-20th century doorway on the left and a shop window, which is framed by stucco pilasters and topped with an entablature. The upper floors have recessed sash windows that sit beneath flat gauged arches with stuccoed reveals. The parapet, which has stone coping, has been rebuilt.
