Description

A block of houses located on Warwick Square, dating from the mid-19th century. The building is constructed of stucco, with the roof obscured. It rises four storeys above a basement and contains two windows in width for each house. The ground floor features channelling. Projecting Doric porches, incorporating triglyph friezes, are present; the entrance to No. 32 is located on the left-hand return. A balustraded balcony is situated on the first floor. The windows are square-headed and architraved, with pediments above the first-floor windows and cornices above the second-floor windows. A rich modillion cornice runs along the top of the building, though it is simplified on No. 31. Cast iron area railings are also present.
