Description
This is a row of four early 19th-century houses located on Chapel Street in the City of Westminster. The houses are constructed of brick with the ground floor finished in channelled stucco. The roof is not visible. Each house features arched doorways and two arched windows on the ground floor. Iron balconies are present on the first floor. The upper floors have square-headed sash windows with gauged heads and glazing bars, except for the windows at No. 15. French casement windows are found on the first floor of Nos. 15 and 16. The houses are topped with parapets, and have cast iron area railings featuring a spearhead design.
