Description

This is a row of houses on the north-west side of Ebury Street in Westminster, built in the early to mid-18th century. The houses are constructed of red brick with red dressings and have stuccoed ground floors, topped with tiled roofs. The row consists of ten houses, each three windows wide, with attic mansards on numbers 164 and 166. The entrances are square-headed to numbers 166 to 170, and round-headed to numbers 162 to 164. Each entrance has a panelled door. A stucco band runs above the ground floor. The windows are segmental-headed with flush frames, horned sashes, and glazing bars; numbers 164 and 166 have margin glazing. A moulded brick cornice band sits below a parapet. The interiors have not been inspected.
