Description

There are three pairs of gate piers leading to the northern garden, along with gates, located in Grosvenor Gardens, City of Westminster. These structures date from the mid to late 19th century and are made of Portland stone. The gate piers are rusticated and feature cornices topped with urn finials. The gates are crafted from cast iron and have an ornate design with scrolled foliage, except for the gateway opposite No. 12 Grosvenor Gardens. These gate piers and gates are included for their group value with the houses of Grosvenor Gardens.
