16A Wilton Street is a dwelling dating from the early to mid 19th century. The front facade facing Wilton Street is finished in stucco, while the side is constructed of yellow brick. The building has one storey along Wilton Street, featuring an arched sash window with glazing bars set in an arched reveal, topped with a pediment that has an eagle crest. To the left, there are two main bays with gauged headed sash windows and an entrance. The property is also complemented by cast iron area railings.
