Description

A pair of houses dating from the early to mid-19th century, constructed of stucco. The houses present a symmetrical facade to Upper Belgrave Street, with five windows, and a symmetrical facade to Wilton Street, with six bays and an entrance to number 12. The central three bays of the Upper Belgrave Street facade project slightly, featuring a central projecting porch supported by coupled Ionic columns, with steps leading to the entrance and a panelled door. A balustraded balcony is situated on the first floor. The windows are square-headed sashes, with French casements to the first floor, and contain glazing bars. The first-floor windows have architraves, and the central window has a pediment. A cornice runs along the top of the building. Spearhead area railings are also present.
