Description

The statue of Sir Colin Campbell, Lord Clyde, is a Grade II listed monument located in Waterloo Place, City of Westminster. It was created in 1867 by the sculptor Baron Marochetti. The statue depicts a bronze standing figure of Sir Colin Campbell, who was Commander-in-Chief in India during the Mutiny. He stands on a tall circular granite pedestal, which features a bronze figure of Britannia seated on a lion.
