Description

The Statue of Sir John Franklin is a Grade II listed statue located in Waterloo Place, City of Westminster. It was created in 1866 by the sculptor Mathew Noble. The statue depicts the Arctic explorer Sir John Franklin as a standing figure, made of bronze. It is set on a granite pedestal that features bronze panels.
