Sparke's Cottages, consisting of Nos 1 and 2, are a pair of cottages built in the early 19th century. They are constructed from yellow brick and feature a hipped slate roof. The cottages are two storeys high, with each cottage having one window. The entrances have panelled doors with timber heads and fanlights, and the windows are small paned sashes.
