Description

There are 27 lamp standards located from Hanover Gate north and east to the Camden London Borough boundary along the Outer Circle in Regent's Park. These lamp standards date from the early to mid 19th century, although some are replicas. They are made of cast iron and have an octagonal shape, featuring mid 20th century Nico-type lanterns. Some of the lanterns display the G IV R and W IV R monograms.
