Description

The Plimsoll Memorial is a memorial bust located on the edge of Embankment Gardens in the City of Westminster. It was created in 1929 by F. V. Blundstone. The memorial features a bronze portrait bust set on a granite pedestal, accompanied by two bronze supporters and a cartouche that bears an inscription.
