Description
No. 28 Curzon Street is a terrace house built around 1770-1780. It is constructed of grey brick and features a slate roof. The building has four storeys and a basement, with three windows across the front. The ground floor openings, including the doorway on the right, are set within semicircular arched recesses. The entrance consists of a six-panel door with a fanlight, flanked by Doric half columns. The revealed sash windows above do not have glazing bars and are situated under flat gauged arches. A dentil cornice runs below the parapet, which has coping. There is a full-width wrought iron balcony on the first floor, along with wrought iron area railings.
