Description

This is a house located at 2 Derby Street, dating from around the mid-18th century and altered over time. The building is constructed of painted brick, with stucco on the ground floor, and features a parapet. It stands three storeys tall, plus a full attic storey and a basement, and has two bays. There are steps leading up to a square-headed entrance on the left side. The windows are segmental-headed, with casements in the lower floors and sash windows in the attic. Wrought iron area railings are present, although some parts have been renewed.
