Description
There are 12 lamp standards, numbered 1 to 12 consecutively, located from outside the Aldwych Theatre to outside Tower House on both sides of Tavistock Street in the City of Westminster. These lamp standards date from around 1900 to 1910 and are made of cast iron, featuring fluted shafts designed in the "Eddystone Column" pattern, topped with Nico lanterns. They are included in the heritage listing for their group value.
