Terraced town house. c.1675-76, rebuilt after fire in 1684 and with late C.18 alterations; part of Barbon's. York House estate development. Brown brick, slate roof. 4 storeys (late C.18 top floor with parapet rebuilt) and basement, 3 windows wide. Doorway to right with panelled door and fan patterned semicircular fanlight in later C.18 wood doorcase of 3/4 fluted Doric pilasters and entablature with swag, roundel and carved head frieze and bracketed cornice. Recessed glazing bar sashes under flat gauged arches. Plat band over 2nd floor; parapet with coping. Cast iron area railings with urn finials. Interior has late C.18 plain mouldings and geometrical, narrow, open well staircase, etc.
