Description

The Temple is a garden building from the late 18th century, constructed of Bath Stone and featuring a low-pitched polygonal slate roof. It is a single storey structure with three bays, each bay having rusticated arched recesses and open to the east face. Each bay is pedimented, with the central bay being higher and including an attic storey, a console cornice, and a canted outward design. The left and right returns have apses topped with leaded semidomes.
