Description
A terrace of sixteen houses, numbers 1 to 15, located on Eaton Terrace in the City of Westminster, built in the mid-19th century. The houses are constructed of stucco, with slated or felted mansard roofs. They rise to four storeys with attic mansards, with numbers 3 and 11 to 15 having full attic mansards. Each house is two windows wide, and the central pair and the end houses project slightly forward. The entrances have square heads and panelled doors. A continuous balustraded balcony runs across the first floor. The windows are square-headed, with cornices to the first floor and to the second floor of the central pair and end houses. They are sash windows with glazing bars, and have French casements to the first floor. A modillion cornice is located above the third floor.
