Description
These are a group of terraced houses located on the east side of St George’s Square, dating to around 1860. They are constructed of stucco, with the roof not visible. The houses are five storeys high and each comprises two main bays. Each house features a projecting Doric porch, along with a triglyph frieze. They have panelled front doors. Each house has a canted bay window extending from the basement to the second floor. A balustraded balcony is located on the first floor. Balustrades are also present at each bay window. The windows are square-headed, with architraves above the ground floor level; alternate first-floor windows are pedimented. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars, with French casements on the first floor. The third-floor windows have cornices. A console cornice runs along the top of the building. Cast iron area railings are present.
