No 1 (Queen of Denmark 1.5.86 Public House) and 3 to 7 (odd) including 35 to 37 St George's Square.

Block of terraced houses. Early C19, altered. Stucco. Roof not visible to Lupus Street: 2 windows wide, except No 1 of 3 windows wide and No 35 St George's Square which has 3 bays to Lupus Street, with entrance to St George's Square. 3 storeys plus 2 storey attic; No 1 of 3 storeys plus one storey attic. No 1 and No 35 St George's Square set forward slightly to form balanced composition. C19 and C20 shops to ground floor except to Nos 35 and 37 St George's Square. Square-headed windows, architraved to No 1 and No 35 St George's Square. Sashes, glazing bars mostly retained; French casements to first floor. Dentil cornice above second floor. Subsidiary cornice above first floor. Parapets. Block closes corner of St George's Square (qv) and hence listed for group value only.
