Description

The Two Chairmen Public House is a public house located on Warwick House Street in the City of Westminster, dating from around 1755 to 1756, with alterations made in the mid-19th century. The building is constructed of brown brick and features a slate roof. It stands four storeys tall with a dormered mansard roof and has a front that is one window wide. The public house front has been altered and includes an entablature with a fascia.

Timber canted bay windows are present on the first and second floors, featuring moulded frames for the sash lights, which have late 19th-century glazing. There is a cast iron ornamental window guard on the second floor, and the cornice is topped with a balustrade. The third floor has three windows, with the outer ones being narrow and having recessed sashes set under flat gauged arches. The building is capped with a parapet that has coping.
