Description
A row of six houses, numbered 25 to 33, located on the southwest side of Eccleston Street in the City of Westminster, dating from the early 19th century. The houses are built of stucco, with roofs hidden from view. They extend over three storeys, with an attic and a basement. Numbers 25 through 32 each have two windows, while number 33 has three. The ground floor is characterized by channelled detailing. Each house has a square-headed entrance with a panelled door. A continuous cast iron balcony with a lotus pattern runs along the first floor. The windows are sash windows, most with glazing bars. A cornice sits above the second floor, topped by a smaller subsidiary cornice to the attic. Cast iron area railings are present. The houses are situated on one of the streets leading into Chester Square.
