Description
This is a group of early 19th-century houses located on Balham Grove. The properties, numbered 7, 11, 13, and 15, are each two storeys high with a basement. They are three bays wide and present a symmetrical facade constructed from grey brick with stucco dressings. The roofs are hipped and covered in slate. A flight of steps leads to a Doric porch, behind which the central bay is recessed. The ground floor windows have cornices supported by consoles; these were altered on numbers 7 and 11. The original windows are sash windows, with the ground floor having eight panes per sash and the first floor having six panes each. The chimney stacks have oversailing courses. The group is included on the list for its group value.
