Description
This is a pair of stuccoed houses dating from the earlier 19th century, situated on Old Devonshire Road. The houses are two stories high, with a basement and dormers, and extend four bays wide, with the two central bays projecting forward. Each end bay features a Doric porch facing a recessed doorway. The central bays have channelled detailing and round-headed windows. A horizontal bandcourse marks the division between the ground and first floors. The slate mansard roof is partially hidden by a cornice and blocking course, and includes four dormers with gently curved tops.
