Description
Broadoak is a building from the later half of the 18th century that has been altered. It is two stories tall with a basement and features five windows. The front is made of red brick, while the basement is stucco. There is a dentil entablature, and the center bay has three windows flanked by stone Ionic pilasters and topped with a pediment. The entrance has a Doric porch that includes triglyphs and a mutule cornice. Inside, there are good interior features.
