Description

The railings at number 9 are early 19th century. The building itself is a three-story structure with a basement, featuring two windows. It is constructed of yellow stock brick and has a mansard roof and a parapet. The ground and first floors have sash windows with glazing bars, while the first-floor windows are topped with gauged flat arches, and the others have cambered arches. A round-headed doorway is accented by a fanlight and approached by steps. The iron railings are topped with spear and pineapple finials. The railings form part of a group with numbers 2 to 11, located behind Bethnal Green Gardens.
