Description
Nos. 54, 56, and 58 Liverpool Grove are a group of three terraced houses built in the early 19th century. They are constructed of brick laid in Flemish bond and feature a parapeted roof with a continuous band of cogged brick.
Each house is two storeys high and has two windows. The entrances are round-arched and include fanlights, with doors flanked by quarter, fluted attached columns. The doors are original and consist of five panels. The entrances to Nos. 56 and 58 are paired. The windows are flat-arched with gauged brick lintels and feature original 6x6 sash designs. The centre house projects slightly, by two bricks' thickness, from the side houses.
The interior has not been inspected. This terrace has group value with the nearby Church of St Peter, which is listed at Grade I, along with its gates, gate piers, boundary walls, and railings, which are listed at Grade II, as well as with the houses at 28-52 Liverpool Grove, which are also listed at Grade II.
