Description

The terraces in front of the Horniman Museum, built around 1902, feature stone paving across five levels, connected by flights of steps. The main flight includes curved side walls with sturdy round piers at both the top and bottom, and it has three wrought iron lampholders. To the left on the lower level, which is paved with concrete, there is a fountain consisting of two round steps and a limestone stem topped with a round bronze bowl.
