Description
This is an early 19th century house of two storeys and a basement, situated on Cleaver Street. It originally had two windows. The house has a very high parapet topped with stone coping and featuring two large blank panels. The construction uses stock brick, with the basement and ground floor surfaces finished in stucco and decorated with incised lines. The sash windows have glazing bars and are topped with arched brickwork. The front door consists of two long panels, and there is a plain fanlight above it. The building is included on the heritage list for its contribution to the wider group value of the streetscape.
