Description
This is a terrace of four buildings, numbers 9 to 12 Pratt Walk, dating from the late 18th or early 19th century. Each building is two storeys high with an attic and basement, and features two windows. The buildings are constructed of stock brick with a stone-coped parapet. The roofs are slated mansard roofs with wide dormers. The basements are stuccoed. Sash windows are set within gauged flat brick arches. A set of four steps with wrought iron handrails leads to a six-panel door. Each door is topped by a plain fanlight, set within a round gauged brick arch with impost blocks. Wrought iron area railings, featuring spearheads and urn finials, complete the front elevation.
