Description
This is an early 19th century terrace of six buildings, numbered 34 to 40 Cleaver Street. Each building is three storeys high with a basement, and features two windows. The buildings are constructed of stock brick with stuccoed basements. Parapet fronts are present, with significant rebuilding visible at the top of the buildings. The windows are replaced sash windows with glazing bars, set within gauged flat brick arches. The original six-panel doors have mostly been replaced, but retain a cornice head and fanlight. The buildings are listed due to their group value.
