Description
Wellesley House, Wyndham House, and Nos 34, 34A, and 36 Sloane Square form one building, dating from the early 20th century and possibly designed by Mountford. The building is six storeys high and constructed of Portland stone with a slated roof, displaying a free classical architectural style. The ground storey contains shops facing Sloane Square. A rusticated mezzanine level is followed by two storeys featuring engaged Ionic columns. Gabled corner pavilions and dormers are visible on the roof. The building has tall, slab-like chimneys constructed of banded brick and stone.
