Description
This is a terrace of eight houses, numbered 10 to 22, located on the north side of South Terrace in London SW7. The houses date to around 1830 and were constructed as part of the Alexander Square development. They are built of brick with the ground floor finished in rusticated stucco. The terrace is four storeys high and features square-headed windows. A stucco cornice runs along the top of the building, below a parapet. A continuous balcony runs along the first floor. Number 10 has a projecting porch with lotus-decorated piers capped at the top. The terrace is a matching design to the adjacent buildings at numbers 13 to 33 on the opposite side of the square.
