This is a group of houses at 16-21 Kensington Court, W8, built in the 1880s to a design by J J Stevenson for Rouzes. Number 16 is a corner house, lower in height than the others, and features attractive gabled dormers with scrolled detailing. It is two storeys high plus a basement and attic, built of red brick and includes a first-floor balcony. Number 17 is in a Flemish Gothic style, with a strong vertical emphasis and traceried panels. It is five storeys high, three windows wide, and features a stepped gable with turrets. Numbers 18-21 are similar in style to numbers 3-15 on the street. These houses are constructed of brick and terra cotta, and are three storeys high with an attic containing dormers, and a basement. Each house has three windows.
