Description

12 and 14 Clarendon Road are a pair of houses built in 1845 by Thomas Allason. They are three storeys tall and constructed of brick with stucco dressings. Each house features a single window set in a bowed projection, framed by paired stucco pilasters. There is a two-storey entrance block that is set back on each side. The ground and first floor windows have cornices supported by consoles, and the buildings are topped with a crowning cornice and parapet.
